General description

The MF40 Pipe Repair Kit includes a fiberglass polyurethane soaked reisin bandage and a putty – a dough-like mouldable substance. MF40 can be applied to the most commonly used pipes: PVC, fiberglass, steel, copper, concrete and other.
The kit can be used on pipes with internal pressure up to 400 psi (27,5 bar). The installation process takes only a few minutes and a pipe is ready to be used within an hour.

To repair one leak use the measurement table. Choose the amount and size of the rolls based on the diameter and pressure of the damaged pipe.

Maintenance and storing

MF40 should be stored in the original box at 21°C and 50% relative humidity and used within 36 months from the production date visible on the aluminium foil bag.

The measurement table serves only as a guideline. Pipe markers are applied manually and the result may vary depending on the experience of the person applying it. Always use the entire roll. The table above is for standard pipe sizes. The actual diameter of the pipe may vary depending on its type and the thickness of its casing. When repairing a cased pipe refer to the values given for the next pipe diameter in the table. Application of this product on cased pipes may require the use of additional products.
